‘The ultimate Kruger Park experience that will not only meet your expectations, but greatly exceed them!’
Africa is roamed by many great and beautiful wild animals, that will impress even the most creative minds. A safari is not complete without seeing the simple beauty of general animals like the African elephant with his awe-inspiring enormity and the giraffe with his endlessly long, model-like legs and neck. These creatures are examples of animals that will captivate you and make you look twice at their unique beauty. But Africa also holds hidden treasures, creatures that belong in fairy-tales, folkloric beasts that strike fear into the hearts of those who are fortunate enough to experience them face to face. These are the creatures we aim to experience on this safari along with all the other gems of the African bush.
Our Kruger Big Cat Photo Safari is the ultimate African experience, hosted in the Manyeleti Game Reserve, which forms part of the Greater Kruger National Park. Its pristine location is in the corner of the Kruger National Park and Sabi Sands Game Reserve, with a total area of approx 23 000km2 to drive on. Manyeleti has incredibly dense populations of game, including wildebeest, impala, giraffe, zebra, cheetah, hyena etc but is also situated in the middle of prime African Big 5 territory with very regular sightings. Our safari is based on finding and photographing the African Big Cats (Lion, Leopard and Cheetah) while staying in the rustic Buffelshoek or Ndzhaka Tented Camp (en-suit). When the cats are sleeping, our focus will turn to finding some of the other incredible creatures such as elephant, hippo etc that Africa has to offer. The safari will be filled with endless laughter and fun, breathtakingly beautiful views and sightings and of course, unforgettable memories and photographs!
Kruger Big Cat Photo Safari is led by Specialized Photographic Guide, Armand Grobler who is famously known for his ‘Elephant Itch’ photograph and has more than 6 years experience in the field.
